Each wrap transforms an institutional-looking exit door into a warm, familiar scene that gently signals to residents: this is not a way out — this is home.
Why Exit Diversion Works
Residents living with dementia often experience confusion and anxiety around exits — particularly during late afternoon sundowning hours. The sight of a commercial-style door is itself a trigger, cueing the brain to exit-seek. Research in applied gerontology confirms that visually disguising exits with homelike imagery significantly reduces door-testing behaviours and decreases resident agitation.

Important: Doors must be smooth and flat for proper adhesion. Raised panel or moulded doors are not suitable. Always consult your facility's fire safety officer before installation — our vinyl meets Class 1A flame spread standards.

Any personalized items and Letter Pillows cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be not personalized, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
