Your package will include: your decal(s), contact (transfer) paper and detailed instructions to install the decal(s)

We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item you receive is damaged or wrong item was sent. Please see our shop policy for more details. If you receive an item that is damaged or the wrong item please send us a message with a picture of the item and we will send you a replacement.

Any personalized items and Letter Pillows cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be not personalized, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
